Dosa Station

We would like to introduce one of our short meal service theme which is all ready existing in our service counter at Bengaluru and at Sirsi. The scope of the theme is attached with this.

This service theme is called as “Dosa Station”:

Everybody in India knows about Dosa and talk about Dosa. Nowdays dosa has become a universal fancy food. But everybody serves in their own version.

We at Nammura Oota, treat dosa as traditional south Indian home cooked a mixture of rice and lentils. The above basic ingredients can be added by other few south Indian ingredients which can give a different body texture and flavor to the dosa. The basic meaning of the dosa is “DAVASA”. Means varieties of grains and lentils mixed, mashed and cooked.

This is the reason in India every village or prominent family prepares on their own version of the dosa. Different dosa names are derived from its ingredients, toppings and community who prepares it. For example: costal Malanadu – tellavu, Udupi - dosa, Davangere- benne dosa, Mysore- Masala dosa, Kerala - appam, Andra - Pesarattu, Tamilnadu - adai, Bunt’s - neer dosa, etc,..

Dosa has been freshly cooked bread in the lives of southern India. This provides glutten free, carbohydrates, proteins, vitamin B & C.

Dosa can be distinguish as vegetarian and non – vegetarian, which determined by its accompaniment and condiments during the service.

By keeping all above in mind we would like to set – up “Dosa Station” in your premises only after your permission and the selling rate negotiation.
